Drawing on findings from the HI-CAS GESI assessment, this blog centres themes of power and exclusion, examining the capacities and vulnerabilities of the Indigenous People, ethnic groups, and the most disadvantaged women in mountain communities, and the structural barriers that limit their agency and decision-making.
